Guided Meditation by Alan Watts

Trust most of you had a chance to listen to the entire video “The Art of Not Trying” yesterday. In the spirit of the same, here is a 15 minute guided meditation by Alan Watts (Awakening The Mind). I first meditated on my breath way back in school and it is a practice that has only grown over the years, leading to great joy and calmness. Put on a good headphone and take these 15 minutes and simply listen to Alan Watts, relaxing every part of your body and accepting everything around you. The true fruits of mediation come through a shirt DAILY practice. Have a great day!

The Art of Not Trying

The blog name change is inspired by this video. Watch it, when you can take a short moment to yourself. These days there are a multitude of videos, thoughts and a high level of information flow and more pieces of unwanted notes, that we are bombarded with. Nevertheless to truly absorb words like these, we need to create space inside, a way of listening with the “non mind”. Don’t use your intellect, just absorb the words of the great Master Lau Tzu 🙏

Hope you enjoy this!

The Fallacy of a “Calling”

There is nothing like a “calling”.
That is another fabrication of the mind.
One is in the perfect place at the perfect time always, since truly
There is only, in the present moment awareness.

The struggle to find what you must do,
Is a false mental struggle.
Who you innately are, will attract the perfect circumstance/s to you.
The only real career you have is to constantly reach the highest version of you, the rest will fall in pace.
