Make the time, make the time, make the time. Make understanding yourself, the biggest goal in your life. Become like an Olympian, have one singular goal, in this case the goal to understand who you truly are; an Olympian in bringing to the fore, that you are the ecstasy of the universe, that you are Shiva, that you are what it is you are looking for. Listen to this video; it is not just a normal video. What you are doing, by listening to it, is giving yourself the opportunity for transformation. Words are just the surface, your longing for the highest in you, is what will transform your awareness.
You took birth, you came through millions of souls, you found a womb; now don’t waste it. It takes only 10 minutes this morning, then the next, then the next, then the next….and slowly you would have built a full practice over the years, that will give you the greatest bliss inside. It is worth every bit of the joy and fun, even while living with all your earthly duties. Do it. I am only speaking now after almost twenty seven years of spontaneous practice and not to boast, but to inspire, that it is possible at anytime, create the inner environment.
